SERVICE DESCRIPTION
- Proper care of your generator ensures a minimum number of problems and keeps operating expenses to a minimum.
- Normal maintenance, service, and replacement of parts are essential and contribute to the life of your generator.
- Regularly scheduled maintenance is necessary and is recommended every six-months.
At HCGS we performed such services as:

- Spark Plugs (included in the price for air-cooled generators only)
- Oil Filter
BATTERY:
- Your battery is one of the most vulnerable components of the system.
- Therefore your battery must be maintained properly to avoid damage or explosion.
- The battery is inspected for the proper size and type for your generator system.
- The Battery Rating (CCA) and Battery Voltage are measured and proper Electrolyte Level is maintained.
- The Battery Terminals and Connections are inspected, cleaned of corrosion, repaired as needed, and spray protectant is applied.

VERIFIED:
- Any fault lights or messages on screen are noted.
- The Generator will not run its exercise cycle and will not start during an outage until the fault has been acknowledged, cleared, and corrected.
- Your Generator is inspected for evidence of infestation from wasps, ants, mice, etc.
- Your Generator Switch and Main Line Circuit Breaker are verified and left in the proper position.
- Your Generator is wiped down inside and outside and the top is washed and waxed.
